What is the CORE-10?
CORE-10 is a short derivative of CORE-OM used to track change across sessions. It covers well-being, problems, functioning, and risk-related items at a high level. It is not a set of diagnosis subscales.
Development and clinical use
The CORE System was developed for routine evaluation in psychological therapies. CORE-10 was introduced as a briefer monitoring form. CORE System Trust oversees authorised use of some CORE products.
