What is the CORE-OM?
CORE-OM is the original 34-item outcome measure covering well-being, problems, functioning, and risk. It is longer than CORE-10 and is often used at start and end of an episode rather than every session.
Development and clinical use
CORE-OM was developed for UK psychological therapy services as a practice-based outcome measure. CORE System Trust maintains the official forms, and inexact item copies are a common source of scoring error.
